Terms of Service

KZ Data Sub lets you buy mobile data bundles, top up airtime and pay bills such as electricity and cable TV. KZ Data Sub acts as a reseller of these services; the underlying value is delivered by telecom operators and billers.

You must provide accurate details and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account. Notify KZ Data Sub immediately at datasub2026@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Prices are shown before you confirm a purchase and may change without notice. You are responsible for entering the correct phone number, meter number or smartcard number. A transaction sent to a wrong but valid number cannot always be reversed.

If a payment is debited and the value is not delivered, the amount is refunded to your wallet or source account once the transaction is confirmed as failed, typically within 1-7 business days depending on the provider.

You may not use the service for fraud, money laundering, resale in breach of operator rules, or any unlawful purpose. KZ Data Sub may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. KZ Data Sub is not liable for network downtime, delays caused by operators or billers, or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law.

You may close your account and request deletion of your data at any time on the account deletion page. See the privacy policy for what is deleted and what must be retained.
